Ad-Hoc / Pay as You Go

£36 Per Hour
 

This option is as simple as charging you by the hour, and you only pay for the hours worked, as and when you need it.

This is good to use if you are looking for a one-off task to be completed, or if you are new to outsourcing and not sure of making that commitment just yet.
 

Dependent on availability.

Monthly Retainer

£31 Per Hour
 

This option starts from signing up to as little as 5 hours per month commitment.

These hours are reserved in my diary, so this gives you the peace of mind knowing I have availability
to support you for the month, and you can add this into your monthly budgeting costs.

Having a regular commitment allows me to get to know you, your business, and your working style, which usually leads to tasks being completed in a quicker time frame, saving you money in the longer term. Retainer clients work will be prioritised over ad hoc requests.

Referral Discount

I operate a Referral Scheme, where I give 2 hours discount to existing clients, for recommending me, and a new client signs up to my retainer package, after 3 months commitment.

T&C’s

  • Monthly Retainers are payable monthly in advance. 

  • A deposit of 2 hours should be paid in advance of any ad hoc work being carried out, with the remainder paid on completion of work.

  • A time tracking software is used for logging hours worked.

  • Any expenses occurred such as printing/postage/mileage, will be billed separately.

The plus side to hiring a Virtual Assistant

  • No employee related costs including Tax, NI,

  • No pension, holiday, sick pay.

  • No hardware expenses

  • No additional office space cost.
